Sefton (Canadian Minister of the Interior); Senator Melvin Jones; Sir Edgar Vincent, K.C.M.G.; the Hon. Eustace Fiennes, M.P.; Mr. David Davies, M.P., and Mr. Edward Bristol, M.P.
