Rita Williams, 63, of Wood Avenue, spotted the biography of Reginald Hardwick while surfing for stories about her village."I think this discovery is fantastic. It's really exciting, I have only had my computer a year. When I came across a Titanic survivor in Creswell, I passed it to my friends straight away," said Rita.Reginald is believed to have been working as a kitchen porter on board the ill-fated voyage of 1912 when the famous ship hit an iceberg.But he managed to escape on lifeboat 11.
