Built for H.J. Scott & Co. Station Street, Belfast
Prior to maiden voyage was sold to Smith & Service, 54 Gordon Street , Glasgow (same Port of Registry )

1888 May 4 Maiden voyage Belfast to Glasgow
1890 Acquired by Ulidian Stean Navigation Co., Ltd.(R. Browne, Manager)
1895 Feb. 6 Steering gear damaged by fire during voyage between Caliberian and Boston , diverted to and repaired in Norfolk , Virginia
1896 March 20 Philadelphia , PA, damaged by fire while docked at pier 43 South
1898 Sept. 20 Androssan, Scotland-Struck pierhead, damaged stern and propeller
1900 Sept. 30 ( Greenock , Scotland to Bangor , Maine ) Bow run aground on mud bank at in Hampden , Maine , refloated without damage in 1 ½ hours
1903 Dec.2 Sold to Cia de Lota y Coronel, Valparaiso , Chile . Renamed Luis Alberto signal letters H B F C
1915 Renamed Don Alberto (no change of owner)

1928 Deleted from Lloyd’s Register
