Mr Abraham Hyman
Mr Abraham Hyman, 34, boarded the Titanic at Southampton as a third class passenger (ticket number 3470, £7, 17s, 9d). He was heading from Manchester, England to Springfield, Massachusetts. On the night of the sinking, Hyman claimed, he and other third class men were briefly detained below deck, while the women and children were allowed access to the Boat Deck.
Hyman was rescued in collapsible C. What became of Mr Hyman after the disaster is unclear.
