Mrs Florence Louise Ware (née Long)
Mrs John James Ware (Florence Louise Long), 31, was born on 29 October 1880. In 1912, her father, H. J. Long was living at 13 Salthrop Road, Morley Square, Bishopston, Bristol.
She boarded the Titanic at Southampton together with her husband John James Ware. They bought ticket number C.A. 31352 for £21. They were due to have travelled on another ship but were transferred due to the coal strikes. Their destination was to have been to her brother-in-law, Charles Ware who was living at 186 South Main Street, New Britain, Connecticut. Her husband was intending to start up in the carpentry trade there.
She survived the sinking in lifeboat 10 or 12.
She tried to sent a Marconigramm from the Carpathia to her mother's address, but it was not transmitted, because of the operators' workload.
