Mr Joseph Francis Akerman

Mr Joseph Francis Akerman, 35, of Rochester Rd, Southampton worked on the Oceanic before being transferred to the Titanic.
His brother Albert Akerman was a steward on the Titanic.
Ackerman died in the sinking, his body was later recovered by the Mackay-Bennett (#205), he was buried at Fairview cemetery, Halifax, Nova Scotia. on 6 May 1912.
