Mr Pierre Rousseau
Mr Pierre Rousseau, 49, was born in France. When he signed-on to the Titanic, on 6 April 1912, he gave his address as c/o Gatti, London. His actual address was 7 Kennerton Place, London SW.

Rousseau had previously worked as chef at North Brittish Station Hotel in Edinburgh, as well as Luigi Gatti's London Resturant, and the Olympic from where he was transfered to the Titanic.
Rousseau and the kitchen clerk Paul Maugé made it up to the Boat Deck, when Mauge jumped into a lifeboat (? #13), he pleaded to Rousseau to jump as well, but Rousseau couldn't because "He was too fat" as Maugé would later testify.
Rousseau died in the sinking, his body, if recovered, was never identified.
