Mrs Sigrid Lindström (née Posse)
Mrs Carl Johan Lindström (Sigrid Posse), 55, was born 18 December 1856 the daughter of late major and count Knut Lage Posse and niece to late Swedish prime minister Arvid Posse.
Married to Carl Johan Lindström, ex captain of Swedish grenadier guards, and lived in Stockholm, Sweden.
She came from Paris on her way to New York. She was on her way to her sister, Mrs Norbert in New York. On the Titanic, which she boarded at Cherbourg as a first class passenger, she got to know Mauritz Håkan Björnstrom-Steffanson, who escorted her to Lifeboat 6. She later sued White Star for some 6000 francs of lost cloths. She was widowed 1917 and died in 1946.
