Mr Walter Francis Fredericks, of 6 Elm Road, Chapel, Southampton, was born in Southampton on 14th April 1891 the son of John Fredericks (1865-1915) and Amelia Mulford (1856-1898)..
Walter survived the sinking in lifeboat 15.
He dies 30th June 1960 and is buried at Hollybrook cemetery in Southampton.
