The engagement is announced in New York and Zurich of Miss Marguerite Frolicher of the latter city, to Robert J. F. Schwarzenbach of New York. Mr. Schwarzenbach, who is an importer and a native of Switzerland, has lived in New York for several years and has entertained a great deal with small parties at his apartment, 471 Park Avenue.
Miss Frolicher is a niece of Mrs. Emil J. Stehli of this city, and has many friends here, where she has frequently visited her aunt. She came over with her parents on the ill-fated Titanic on a visit to Mrs. Stehli.
Miss Frolicher, who is a Swiss and a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Max Frolicher of Zurich, Switzerland, has known her fiancé, who is considerably her senior, all her life. No date has been set for the wedding. Miss Frolicher is in Zurich and Mr. Schwarzenbach is also in Europe.
