W. B. SILVEY KNOWN HERE

William B. Silvey, who is one of the missing passengers of the ill-fated Titanic, is well known in Washington. His father was a lieutenant colonel in the First United States Artillery and his mother, Mrs. William Silvey, resides in this city. Mr. Silvey's grandfather was Lieut. Col. Heilman, of the Second Artillery, and his ancestors have for generations been prominently identified in army circles.
Silvey was graduated from Brown University and has been engaged in business in St. Paul, Minn., for many yaers. His wife is among the survivors rescued by the Carpathia.
