Waukegan Farmer Not Saved

Waukegan, Ill., April 18—[Special]—According to the published list of the steerage passengers on the ill fated steamer Titanic just given out James Elsbury, 50 years old, a wealthy farmer living just west of Gurnee, was one of the passengers drowned.
