White Star Officials Scout Seeing of Smith

The Washington Times

LONDON, July 22---The White Star management had no information today
concerning the reported reappearance of Captain Smith, of the Titanic, an
old shipmate of whom said he saw him on the street in Baltimore last Friday.

Officials of the line think the case one of mistaken identity.
