The Addergoole Titanic Society erected this memorial in St Patrick’s Church, Lahardane, Addergoole, Co Mayo, Irish Republic on 15th April 2002.

This small parish, whose population in the 1911 census was 3,496, suffered the largest proportionate loss (0.3%) in the Titanic tragedy.
