This menu card was saved by Helen Church, a First class passenger onboard the Adriatic. She kept a journal while onboard and described seeing the Titanic on the early morning of April 11, 1912.

I was looking for 1912 Titanic and related menu items, especially salads, as these were only then regaining in popularity. I do not see any actual salads! Research is for my blog,
