This picture illustrated a long article in a Santa Barbara (Ca.) newspaper in May 1956. It was sent to us by Don Lynch if I remember well. Note on the table: (1) a portrait of Mr Douglas and (2) a portrait of Mrs Douglas. Berthe is reading a book of poems by Mahala Douglas: one of the poems is about the Titanic.
