Is there any validity to Jack Thayer's claim that Ismay's hair turned "virtually Snow White" on the Carpathia? In pictures it looks pretty dark so I feel like this isn't true but I was curious if anyone else ever mentioned it. I can't seem to find any other references besides Jack Thayer's book...
