Does anyone know the height from the top of the double bottom to the top of the tank top?

Quick question more related, I think, to the plans themselves than to the actual ship - what is the reason/meaning behind the uneven external hull lines shown in the forward area of the plans for the tank top?

Why tank top deck borders are irregular (in the bow part)? And what are the curved lines into the cargos? The tanktop deck was 'composed' by different levels? Ale
