Just recently discovered my great,great grandfather, Alfred Maytum was a butcher on the Titanic. If anyone has any info, I'd love to hear it. Great page!

My wife's Great Uncle was Alfred Maytum who is listed as Master Butcher in the sinking. His body was recovered and is buried in the Titanic section of the Halifax cemetery.

Daniel, have just discovered this site. Alfred was my great, great uncle. Alfred's brother was Pettenden; one of Pettenden's daughters was Ada Dorothy, my grandmother.Just recently discovered my great,great grandfather, Alfred Maytum was a butcher on the Titanic. If anyone has any info, I'd love to hear it. Great page!
