If you include wartime losses, lookout Archie Jewell is said to have survived the sinking of the Britannic but his luck ran out when another converted hospital ship, the Donegal, was torpedoed on April 17, 1917, almost 5 years to the day after the loss of the Titanic.

Apparently, stewardess Annie Robinson threw herself overboard from a liner approaching Boston in 1916. Mark Baber posted the story elsewhere on the board.

There were a few more losses due to war sinkings. Seaman Edward Buley, fireman George Thresher and fireman Robert Pusey. Greaser Frederick Scott died in a boiler room explosion aboard ship, however, I'm not sure if the vessel he was on sank as result; Scott does not appear to be officially listed as a war casualty.
