Can someone confirm my math. If the Aquitania was withdrawn from service in Feb. 1950 and given her May 1914 Maiden Voyage wouldn't this mean that the QE2 will surpass the Aquitania as the longest serving Cunard vessel sometime in early December this year?
As I understand it, QE2 is now Cunard's longest operating luxury liner, but not longest opertaing vessel. IIRC Scythia had that honour by a few months over Aquitania. QE2 passes that milestone sometime next year (I can't remember where I read this, so I don't know that exact date).
