Russian United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) and South Korean STX Offshore & Shipbuilding yesterday signed an agreement to establish a joint venture “New Admiralty Shipyards” to be based on the Kotlin Island in St. Petersburg, USC’s President Roman Trotsenko said Friday.
