Hi, Has there been any recent pictures taken of Barbara West or Lillian Asplund who refuse to speak about Titanic? and have they ever told anything to researchers or family about the sinking that their mothers might have told them?

Hi Andrew,
I think that Claes-Goran Wetterholm owns the rights to the only really recent photo of Miss Asplund. Another passenger enthusiast from North Carolina showed me a photo of Barbara West recently which was taken in 1998. At least at that time she looked really good and healthy.Her second husband lived to be in his mid-90s so she hasn't been a widow all that long.
