Beyond Titanic

Although I was very disappointed by the histroy channels, 90 years below, I thought that most of A&E's Beyond Titanic was very well done. The end was very touching, to the point of tears I might add. But, isn't that what we gather here for? Her people?

Many Blessings to all this Anniversary,

Beverly

HI
I absolutely loved the part about the movies made about the disaster. It was very entertaining! I thought that some parts were a little pointless. Thye movie Atlantis is not a Titanic film. Nor is the Poseidon Adventure.

I enjoyed Beyond Titanic, too. I never get tired of hearing about the people or the ship, for that matter. I wish there had been more pictures taken of the ship herself before she sank.

There are almost certainly a lot more photos of the ship. The problem is that most of them are in private hands and have never been published. It's a shame that more "official" photos weren't taken by Harland & Wolff as well as White Star, but they weren't expecting the ship to sink on her first voyage either.

Cordially,
Michael H. Standart
