Birth Place of Harold Bride

Can anyone tell me where Harold Bride was born? According to different researchers he was born in 1. Hull, 2. Nunhead, 3. Near Catford, 4. 31 Gellatly Road, Nunhead (which was actually in Deptford in 1890) Has anyone seen his birth certificate or found him on 1891 census? I would be grateful for some help

Thank you Jemma, can you tell me how you know he was born at 31 Gellatly, have you seen birth certificate?

I know Gellatly Road well, it is just round corner to me

I meant to say the reason I am confused is that in 1890, Gellatly Road was in Deptford, Kent and yet in interviews Harold said he was born in Nunhead, which was in Surrey?
