Bismarck

Hi all, just thought I'd chime in here and mention that today marked the 60th anniversary of the sinking of DKM Bismarck, taking all but 115 of her 2,200 man crew to the sea floor. She went down some 600 miles off Brest, France, and lies in 15,700 feet of water.

Her wreck was discovered 8 June 1989 by Dr. Robert Ballard.
