This was one of the removeable sections and was already seen to be peeling away at the aft end in the 2022 Magellan scans.

It would be wonderful if this could be recovered and preserved. Hopefully it's not at a point where it would simply disintegrate on contact.

No, most probably not. But a tangible, meaningful artifact before the disintegration of the whole. But I suppose a railing is a railing.

Anything from the prow- the part of the ship that has been most extensively photographed- is an important artifact.
It's worth raising for Titanic exhibits.

I think so too. The sight of the bow is moving and majestic; it will all be completely lost in the sands of the Atlantic ultimately. If just a fragment of it could endure, it would be something.
