I am new to the site and am very excited to have been refered to it by the British National Archives!
I have in my posesion an original S.S. Titanic inquiry journal. Its leather bound has water marked Croxley paper on the inside of the covers, its got typed pages in the front(of which four are neatly torn out and hand writen corections within. On the very first page ,the name Vernon B.F. Bailey is typed.

Does anyone have any idea how many where isued, survived and who Bailey was?

What I have established is that it was printed 28 days after the first British inquiry.

Unfortunately the front cover has some water damage on the bottom right, but is otherwise in very good condition.
