For those of you who haven't seen it, Jim Carrey delivers a very funny line to an old woman on the deck of a Niagara Falls tour boat asking her (in so many words)"Why did you throw that diamond over the rail of the Titanic? And what about you and Leo? Couldn't you have taken turns or did you want him to freeze to death?"

It's quite funny!

This would fall under "Cameron's Titanic" film humor. Not a joke like, say, in "Ghostbusters 2", which is directly related to Big T.

I remember seeing "Bruce Almighty" when I was flying to a wedding, in September 2003. It was funny, noting the line about "Katherine Hepburn's mother" (as Ms. Hepburn died about two months earlier) and "Why did you leave Leo to die on the TITANIC!!".

Now it will be seen if a similar reference to James Cameron's film will be used in the upcoming film "Evan Almighty", where Steve Carell will reprise his role as Evan Baxter; not certain that Jim Carey and Jennifer Anniston will have cameos.
