Rather a nice touch parallelling the action of the ship, passengers activities, other ships involved and the iceberg in a blow by blow epic. Kinda reminded me of Brown's book VOYAGE OF THE ICEBERG -the interjection of menu entrees was a different approach- and the card game. Under Titanic Books on the board- we did have a Titanic Poetry thread started back in October. This is one I never saw- thanks for posting.

Well known here in the Great White North. But of course Newfoundland was British in 1935 so Pratt was a Newfie at the time and not Canadian. Newfoundland only joined Canada in 1949. BTW, it was Britain's first overseas territory.
