I have a chessboard that Ray Cowell (the owner of the paint factory once adorned with Olympic wood) fashioned together from bits of Olympic grand staircase wood- very high quality- he's an amazing artist- times being tight, i'm pruning my collection. Im willing to let this go, if interested, email me offlist with an offer- The chesspieces however are ordinary chesspieces, and NOT made of Olympic material.
Comes with COA
If interested send me a private email..

Kevin,
whilst I don't know Ray Cowell personally I can get his e-mail address. He is a good craftsman and if he didn't have what you would like he would probably make you something out of wood from the Olympic. (He used to own the Haltwhistle site at Hexam.)
I think his eBay name is Northenartist.

By the way thanks for the video, the bit about the china at the end is nice - Thanks!
Best wishes
Ray
