Confused missing cabin

On the deckplans in Triumph & Tragedy the cabins C-47 - C-53 shows up in row, plus the pursers cabin besides C-53. On the deckplans from this site, however, there are only 5 cabins. I have a faint memory of having read something about this somewhere else, but I can't remember where. Could someone please clarify if there should be 5 or 6 cabins, and if only 5, which doesn't belong there?

Maritha,

This site is probably not the best for Titanic deck plans. Triumph and Tragedy deck plan isn't perfect either, but at least all the cabins are there. When in doubt, go with the book, or better yet you can order a very accurate and highly detailed deck plan here:

These have been discussed & mentioned on this message board before.

Hope this helps.

Daniel.

I second Daniel's remarks. The Beveridge plans are the way to go. If you order them, get a length of PVC pipe to store them in. They are 3' x 5' and on rather light paper.

>>Yes, I'm very tempted to order those deckplans, they seem really great!<<

By all means, give in to the temptation. These are quite simply the best general plans available anywhere.

Thank you all! You've been very helpful!

>>$40.00 for the whole thing?<<

I bought my copy a couple of years ago when it first came out and not only is it detailed and easy to use, it's printing is easy to read. Good news for blokes like me whose eyesight ain't what it used to be. For the breakup related research you're interested in, you would find them essential.

haha, yeah sorry if i suggested that i couldnt buy from a US site, i just wasnt sure if i could or not.
would the paypal thing convert it from dollars?
(although i could just convert it myself i guess!)
