Crew depostions for BOT what happened to them

In the book "Titanic: Triumph And Tragedy" (in the chapter entitled "Homecoming", to be precise, as the Thompson twins in the "Tintin" adventure books would say) it says that when Titanic's crew survivors came home, they were first detained to give depostions for the Board of Trade.
IIRC, the book said all the crew survivors gave one to the BOT.
Where did these documents go? Unless I am wrong, there seems to be some raw data out there on Big T that remains unsifted...

Richard,

I have pondered this very subject for years
now, speculating where these docs have gotten
to. It is hard to say that they don't exist
as the depositions of 2 of the engine crew
surfaced last year and are in the possession
of a collector (just where they should be,
right?)but one has to speculate that with
all the War damage they might have been lost.
I Remain,

With fingers crossed...
