I am a senior journalist for the BBC News website.
I am working on plans to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic.
We are hoping to collate and publish the largest ever collection of pictures of crew members online — those who survived and those who perished.
We believe this will be a fitting tribute to the hundreds of people who often get overlooked.
I understand you some of you may own or have the rights to images of crew members on this website.
We are asking for your permission to use these images for online and TV use as part of our project?
I really hope you can help, as without these images the project will not be able to get off the ground.
