It's interesting to note that the 'practically unsinkable' line wasn't first or only applied to the Titanic - the Lusitania was one of the others which was also lauded with these words when she was launched.

Enter the torpedo, stage fright...ah...right!

Cordially,

Shelley,
I had the chance to view a large blowup of the ship off Ireland picture a few years ago, and the ship was clearly Olympic. The ship had an open A-deck promenade along its entire length of that deck.

Too bad Dan, I have always loved thinking it was Titanic and have heard that song by the Allen Parsons Project in the background in my mind when I see this photograph. You know the one.. the lyrics just seem to fit.
Time
Time, flowing like a river,
Time, beckoning me.
Who knows if we shall ever meet again
If ever-
But time,
Keeps flowing like a river,
To the sea, to the sea.

Good-bye my love, maybe for forever.
Good-bye my love, the tide waits for me.
Who knows if we shall meet again
If ever.
But time, keeps flowing like a river to the sea.
Till its gone forever,
Gone forevermore.

Goodbye my friends, maybe for forever.
Goodbye my friends- the stars wait for me.
Who knows if we shall meet again
If ever.
But time keeps flowing like a river to the sea.
Till its gone forever, gone forevermore.

The music has a haunting quality that just fits this photograph.-
