It's Frank Browne's photograph of the 1st Class dining saloon on Titanic, taken probably during luncheon on 10th April. It's a well-known image and - er - still under copyright.

It's not. As Bob Godfrey pointed out, this is a photo from the Fr. Brown collection and a fairly well known one at that.
