I recently learned there's a Documentary Series called "Lost Giants", and Britannic is one of them. Here's a clip;

Towards the end, there's some "Drain the Titanic" Style animation/modelling

I think the animation looks way better, and Britannic looks really good!. I just wonder what crazy sinking theory is in this one, and how dramatic the Narrator is

REVIEW OF "Drain the Oceans" S2 E13 "Lost Giants"

(in order)
we open on a Ship, looks like a research ship. The Narrator begins to say, "We live in a world of Giants" with a massive Cargo Ship passing a City Skyline, named the Arcadia. "Mega Ships, up to a Third of a Mile long".
A diver, unknown what his name is yet, says "it was absolutely Gigantic" (hint)
CGI of Britannic (or a Uboat) sinking
Seems they used the same model from "Drain the Titanic" so we get a "squatTanic" again.
A Mr, Dr. Larrie D. Ferreiro, A Naval Architect and Historian, talks about the "network" of Mega ships.
Wow, 90% of World Trade is carried by water!
Some huge Cargo Ships are show,
Some old Black and White footage of old Ocean Liners (hope they come back)
A video of I think the Olympic, leaving a pier with "WHITE STAR LINE" on it! A crowd cheering as the Passengers sail off.
Footage of the Titanic, the one where she's commonly referred to as the Olympic.
The Narrator says, "The Biggest of them all? Titanic"
Talks about how when Titanic sank, changed were made to Britannic.
Great Footage of Britannic being built! Only 3 Funnels had been placed.
Britannic was 18 Inches wider than Titanic
We get a cool 3D Blueprint thing of Britannic, with her specifications:

• 882 Feet long
• Weighs 53,000 Tons
• beds: 3,309

The CGI model of before she sank looks alright, Looks accurate. Only thing I could see that was missing was the Hospital Flag flying from the Foremast. Or not. The Texture applied has a sheer...but the Ship doesn't LOL

A Map of Britannic's Final Voyage is shown. A red dot marks the Wreck.
Ok, the Mine explosion was way too dramatic.

the Sinking is really good.
Acting! Rivets being popped, An Officer ringing a telegraph. Stokers in a flooding Boiler room, and a Watertight door closing.

I liked it! It was a quick synopsis, the model was weird though.
Now if only they could get cracking on finding the California.

i don’t know where that 3d titanic model came from, but i hate it. the whole thing just looks...weird...and stubby...and it’s everywhere. it just straight up looks bad. the cgi would’ve looked so much better if they used a different model...

Yep, instead of “Squatanic”
In my opinion, the wreck always looks better than the sailing model

Wasn't there a titanic episode? I remember the titanic episode but that's the only episode I've ever seen.

Yep. Not very good, in my opinion. I liked the Wreck timelapse, but didn't like the "underwater break-up" theory.

I watch 2 episodes of it, and it was good. Mind you, this is the same show that did the "drain the titanic" where they found some of the missing pieces of it.

Yep I've saw it and watched it a couple months back. -1/10 if you ask me

I'd give it a 5/10 for at least giving evidence and giving both sides a chance. By both sides, I mean the torpedo theory, which they disproved.
