Hello!

In the E deck cabins of first class, there is a piece of furniture with the letters FL written by the side. Does anyone know what these initials stand for?

I am guessing it is a fold down washbasin but unsure of this.

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Hey all, I realize this is an old post, but what else would cabin E42 have in it? Looking at the floor plan, I see it has an H, a DT, and a W (which I assume would be a walk in closet?)

I'm assuming the 1 represents where the bed was. What then was directly across from it then? In the diagram it just shows like x's would this be some kind of cabin or something?

Thanks!

H = heater, DT = dressing table, W = wardrobe. This post has the full key from Titanic: The Ship Magnificent. The little x's represent upholstery on a sofa that was not in any way convertible to a berth, while the 1, as you've said, represents the berth.
