From UPI:

Lagos, April 18, 2007 (NAN) Ferry operators in Lagos State have called on the incoming administration to evolve measures aimed at improving marine transport. Mr Sotubo Adebayo, Operations Officer of Texas Connection Ferries, said today that if marine transport was well developed, government could generate a lot of revenue from the sub-sector. Adebayo made the call in an interview with correspondents of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) who were on board one of the company's ferries from Apapa to Marina.

Comment: It might just help if the ferry operators would do a thing or several dozen to clean up their act without the government saying "Make it so."
