Hello Brian: Thank you for sharing the info. BTW, I was curious to know...Did Adolf Hitler have a reward posted for sinking the QE-1? As he had placed a significant $250,000 bounty on QM-1?

Hello Mike - I did not know the answer to that question so I asked the author - here is his answer:
''Regards the reward I believe that
it applied to both of the Queens [plus an Iron Cross for any u-boat
commander successfully sinking either ship]
