Would someone (once & for all) explain the differences in the first class place settings?
1) Where was the presentation settings (cobalt & gold) used?
2)Where was the (for lack of better term) teal blue & gold setting used?
3) Were they ever used together in the same (first class) dinning area?
I have tried to research this through the archives but failed in any attempt.
I appologize for not using the correct terminology.
