When was the first meal served for the first class on April 10th?
Lunch was usually served 1–2:30pm. First class traveler Frank Browne indirectly confirms the start time in his eyewitness account. In it he first describes the near collision with the liner New York and then continues with the sentence: “Luncheon followed soon […]”. The Titanic left Pier 44 at 12.15pm and with the delay caused by the incident the time would have been around 1pm.
