George Wright's cabin

My G-Uncle, George Wright was a victim of the Titanic sinking. I am trying to find out what cabin he was assigned. I have been told he was a 1st class passenger. Can anyone help?

If any family of yours that could be of help is still living you would want to go to them and see if they know anything or if he wrote to them while on the Titanic or shortly before boarding.

My G-Uncle, George Wright was a victim of the Titanic sinking. He was from Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am trying to find out what cabin he was assigned/or any info on him, etc. Last night I watched a program on how Robert Burrows (I may have his last name incorrect) found the Titanic after locating the USS Thresher and the program showed a picture of my uncle. I have been told he was a 1st class passenger. Can anyone help?

For those interested, I found a photo and sent it to Barbara. It can be seen on page 80 of Father Browne's Titanic Album. It's also in the Olympic/Titanic edition of The Shipbuilder and in other books.

Barbara, I am also a distant relative of George Wright, and am interested in the history. My G-Grandmother was Laura Mae Wright, a first cousin of George. I have tried to register on this site, but can not find a moderator, so I am listing my email for you. Eric Kaplan [email protected]

If I had to guess I would say that most likely he was well forward on E deck as that would place him in close proximity to the squash court.
