German film of Olympics's construction

Hi all.

I can't remember where but I distinctly recall hearing of a film shot by a German group/company that documented the construction of Olympic. Does anyone else know of this footage and whether or not it can be bought?

Dont know if it can be bought but I've seen snippets of the construction footage in various documentaries over the years and would love to see the full thing.
