GTA San Andreas Titanic Mod Preview Video

Hi,

This is a preview video for my GTA San Andreas Titanic Mod. The mod is still a WIP. However most of the mod is completed. With only the titanic itself remaining to be finished completely.

However I am in need of a collision modeler to make a proper collision file for the titanic. Sadly I have no modeling skill and can only convert models. So I am in need of a collision modeler.

If anyone who can make a proper collision would be willing to make one for the titanic then please contact me via private message. I will send you the link to the .dff file for the titanic.

As well as explain in better detail what I need and will give you my contact information so that we can stay in contact. And so you can keep me up to date on the process as you progress.

Anyways I hope that you enjoy the video. I apologize for the video being so long. But it is hard to properly film all of the stuff in the mod in detail and make it a short video as there is a lot of things.

However since there are a lot of titanic enthusiasts that also mod GTA San Andreas and have been waiting for a proper titanic mod. Then I guess the 43 minute long video is no problem for all that it shows.

So I hope it is everything you where waiting for and then some. Sadly this mod isn't going to be a Mafia Titanic Mod or a Titanic Honor and Glory. But for what it is I hope it is enough.

Anyways if anyone is interested in helping me with this mod by making a proper collision file for the titanic. Or if you have any ideas or just want to chat with me about the mod then please let me know.

Hi,

I just wanted to post an update. The three model sections that where not uv mapped correctly on the stern wreck have been fixed. I have posted links to some pictures showing the areas that have been fixed. They are circled in red and are easy to notice on the video.

So you will clearly see the differences from the video of the old version of the stern wreck and the pictures showing the updated version of the stern wreck. Anyways thats it for now. I will post updates when there are some. The links to the pictures are below.

Hi,

I have another update. It turns out the stern wreck model was mirrored wrong on the X axis. Which in turn made the details backwards. Making the port side starboard and vice versa. However I have now fixed this and it is correct now.

I have posted the link to pictures showing the fixed stern wreck model. You will be able to see what I mean by mirrored on the X axis by looking at the location of the electric crane on the boat deck in the video.

In the old version of the stern wreck it was on the port side of the model. Now it is on the starboard side. This and looking at the other details will show you what I mean. Anyways thats it. The links to the pictures are below.
