Or rather re-released.

Helen Churchill Candee's book 'Angkor the Magnificent' (1924) is coming out sometime late this year or early next year in a deluxe edition, published by DatASIA Inc. It was to be out sooner but a fire in the home of CEO Kent Davis destroyed some of the graphics and other material, so printing has been delayed. I was asked to contribute a biographical preface and some of the photos, though Phillip Gowan has supplied the majority of images of Candee.

Thanks for the heads up, Randy - I'll have to get this one - Titanic, Candee, 1920s publishing date...it all comes together.

I'll be visiting Angkor Wat in August.
