Help with Dining Saloon

Hello, I am an avid Titanic fan and am new to this site. Quick intro:My name is Chase and I am from south Louisiana in the US. If anyone has access to the first class dining saloon menus, can you please help me out? I don't need the manus, just the food offered on them, if it isn't too much trouble. As many days as you have. I am currently working on a piece of fiction and want to keep as historically accurate as possible. Thank you in advance!

Chase, could you please tell me where I can find the menus of the A La Carte Restaurant (if any of them survived)? I'm working in a fiction story on board the Titanic and the main characters have dinner in this restaurant all nights.I don't like to invent because I feel I'm changing History.

You need the book "Last Dinner on the Titanic", I remember Archbald is one of the two authors. I think the book will answer most if not all of your questions. From memory, none of the a la Carte Restaurant menus from Titanic survived, but they give an example from the Olympic.

Daniel.
