Herculaneum

I have a ships bell with the name Herculaneum. It was given to my father who lived in Swansea and had contacts with Swansea Docks. I have no idea if this is the ships bell off the original tug, or off the new one. However my father received this bell in the late 60's, less than 10 years after the new tug was in operation. I have no paperwork or documentation to go with the bell. I do not know if anyone on here can help me with further information.
