Not quite sure where to ask this, but did the hospital have an x-ray machine, or weren't they in general use until after she sank? I seem to recall reading somewhere that they weren't in general use until during the Great War.

X-ray machines were in use in some hospitals before the end of the nineteenth century, and any large and well-equipped establishment would be expected to have them by 1912. The 'hospital' on Titanic, however, was comparable only to the smallest of 'cottage' hospitals on land and was really just a doctors' surgery and a nearby group of cabins where seriously ill patients (if any) could be kept conveniently in one location, especially if suffering from a contagious disease.
