Hello all,

I did some searching on the Ellis Island side and did find some ages of some of the Lusitania crew members.

Adamson, Mr. Thomas (About 26)
Dewhurst, Mrs. Elizabeth (About 32)
Hughes, Miss Ellen (about 31)
Lawson, Mr. Percy (about 33)
Le Touzel, Mr. Sydney (about 32)
Morecroft, Mrs. Fanny (about 36)
Rourke, Mr. Stanley (about 21)
Skay, Mr. Edward (about 16)?????

Did some research on the other names but found nothing usefull or the same names with different ages.

Please correct me if I am wrong concerning the ages.

Regards,

Hildo

My great grandfather was David Henry Stanley. He was from Liverpool and he was on the Lusitania. He was born in 1878 and that would make him 37 at the time it went down. He survived. He had pneumonia at the time and was in sick bay. He was returning to England because his wife was giving birth to their 5th child. He did not make it to a life boat but was pulled out of the surrounding waters. I would like to find out more about the sinking or life on the Lusitania for crew. Do you know where I would get this information.

Thanks,
Caitlin

Him Caitlyn,

If you go into research articles on this website, you can view Lest We Forget and Lest We Forget part 2 which should give you a full overview of the sinking, with some interesting crew articles. Do you know when and where David died?

Thanks
Mike
